OK so here's the deal...I'm a lazy bum... there I said it. so what's the action plan I hear you say? Well here you are :
1. No more chocolate
2. No more crisps (chips to you american folk)
3. No more takeaway
4. 30 mins exercise everyday
5. 100 sit ups before bed :( i was supposed to be doing this anyway in my list)
These are my rules from now on in! Hold me to them!
